Scalivy supports two reference methodologies. 1. Inspired by ADKAR® (Prosci®): individual change maturity assessment across 5 dimensions (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement). Ideal for measuring individual adoption. 2. Kotter - 8 steps: organizational change leadership framework. Structure your project around the 8 leadership steps (Create urgency, Build coalition, Develop vision, Communicate, Remove barriers, Quick wins, Consolidate, Anchor in culture). You choose your methodology at sign-up and can change it in Settings.

No technical limit. Our pilots manage from 10 to several hundred stakeholders per project. Scalivy is designed to scale for large-scale transformations.
