Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Scalivy platform, a change management SaaS tool designed for organizations and their consultants. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service Access

Access to Scalivy is currently limited to participants in the private beta program. Scalivy reserves the right to select participants and to suspend or revoke access at any time during the beta phase.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep their access credentials confidential
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations

4. Intellectual Property

The Scalivy platform, its interface, algorithms, and all associated content remain the exclusive property of Scalivy. No license is granted beyond the right to use the service as described in these terms.

5. Liability

Scalivy is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service. During the beta phase, service availability is provided on a best-effort basis without any uptime guarantee.

6. Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Notice.

7. Amendments

Scalivy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [À REMPLIR].
